Job Description

Maintain situational awareness of the environment, including external and internal risk exposure and incidents trends to ensure the security of personnel and assets
Contact with law enforcement authorities to anticipate any potential evolution of the security risks in the region and act upon the latest information to suggest strategies to mitigate the risks
Contribute to set barriers related to protecting the TEPSR population
Contribute to review the protocols that are in place to secure the TEPSR industrial facilities (onshore and offshore) in coordination with the contractors
Review the Security Procedures and Process of TEPSR to be in line with HQ requirements
Perform Risk Assessment and Security Audits on facilities, sites, offices and/or installations used by TEPSR
Oversee the security measures in place at the logistics base to protect TEPSR and contractors assets
Ensure that logistics for welcoming visitors are satisfactory from a security perspective
Working in cooperation with Country Security Officer to guarantee the alignment of TEPSR strategies
Assist with and consolidate the POB (Personnel On Board) for TEPSR
Organize and deliver security/safety briefs, alerts, instructions and refreshers to enhance security awareness
In coordination with the Country Security Officer, provide the best response to any Security situation arising in the perimeter of TEPSR
Assist in emergency management and contingency planning
Assist in arranging executive protection activities.

Ensure accurate Security POB at all times
Ensure that the protocols are in place to secure all TEPSR sites, in particular the logistics base
Develop strategies and response procedures
Keeping track of different security events, in contact with the law enforcement authorities and peers’ companies
Anticipate any potential evolution of the security risks in the region
Conduct security evaluations, security risk assessments, and security audits.

Requirements
  • Mandatory post-secondary education (college or university)
  • At least 10 years of experience in Security Risk Management
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, Strong analytical skills and solid report writing
  • Critical thinking —to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Regional/area knowledge, i.e. general awareness of geopolitical and security environment
  • Ability to work cross functionally, independently, and meet deadlines
  • High level of personal and professional integrity
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
