EnergyJobs.sr was created through the TotalEnergies EP Suriname (TEEPSR) Local Content Program to support inclusive workforce development in Suriname’s energy sector. As part of the GranMorgu project and the expansion of the country’s offshore oil and gas industry, TEEPSR identified the need for a centralized and transparent platform to connect Surinamese talent with career opportunities at TotalEnergies and its partners, contractors, and subcontractors.

This recruitment portal serves as a neutral space for job postings, career resources, and employer engagement, streamlining access for local professionals, students, and diaspora candidates to positions in drilling, engineering, logistics, administration, and technical services, from construction to production phase.

As one of 14 priority Local Content initiatives, EnergyJobs.sr strengthens the communication towards Suriname’s workforce to the opportunities of the energy sector. It becomes a fundamental pillar of the country’s energy recruitment landscape, driving transparency, inclusion, and efficiency in hiring.
