HSE:
Demonstrates personal commitment and knowledge of the Company HSE Policy by maintaining awareness and ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and company standards.
Continuous verification of safety procedures and rules related to specific tasks such as material handling, storage and disposal.
Conducts, toolbox talks, safety greenlights, trains workers on safe and environmentally friendly work practices, and methods.
Incorrect or unsafe conditions at the workplace are immediately stopped, informed (observation cards) and corrected.
Support HSE Superintendent to verification and follow up of safety equipment i.e., fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, AED’s.
Promotes the waste management “5 R principles” of hierarchy, i.e.: Reduce, Recover, Reuse, Recycle, and Residue disposal.
Organization:
Manages up to five (2) Contract positions.
Ensures that an effective working schedule and handovers are carried out at shift change.
Operational:
Participates in the elaboration and follow up of stock management procedures in accordance with company rules.
Ensures accurate record-keeping of all material movements (receipts and issues) and timely recordings.
Conducts routine inspections of lifting gear, and cargo handling areas, recording and closing out actions.
Stock Management:
Warrants that materials (including dangerous goods) are safely stored and preserved according to Company rules and local regulations.
Follows the physical stock of materials according to Company rules with appropriate software (reception, dispatch, storage, integration, reintegration, inventory, scrap, preservation, etc.).
Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and annual stock inventories, as per TEPSR Stock Management procedure.
Prepares and supervises the rotational inventory: planning, execution, control, including the design and issue of the Inventory Report.
Prepares and dispatches the inventory weekly report.
Prepared and updated the reconciliation worksheet and perform analysis to solve inventory discrepancies in coordination with the Stock Management responsible (C&P), Material Superintendent, Warehouse Supervisors, and TADM’s.
Enforces the mirror approach agreed with provider of LODP and OCTG; issues recommendations to Material Superintendent to highlight potential issues and steps to overcome potential bottlenecks.
Ensures that there is an immediate update of all material movements in SAP.
Monitors that items not recorded in SAP are properly followed.
Proposes scraping or depreciation of materials as per JV rules.
Methods:
Operates ERP/MM system (SAP MM): goods receipt, transfer postings, inventory counts, etc.
Generate operational reports (inventory accuracy, stock aging, backload status).
User of Kabal to review Contractor cargo manifestation (outbound/inbound).
Key user of Tenaris RDP (Rig Direct Portal).
Contractors’ Management:
Oversee Contractors’ compliance with approved procedures.
