HSE & Compliance:
Support preparation and implementation of logistics HSE action plans and bridging documents.
Contribute to maintaining compliance with Company Logistics & Support to Operations & QHSE standards.
Assist with deviation/derogation preparation and follow up.
Methods, Procedures & Documentation:
Assist in developing and updating logistics procedures (CMS) in line with TotalEnergies’ referential and regulations.
Maintain logistics documentation, shared folders, and process libraries.
Provide input to logistics referential changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Freight Forwarding & Administrative Logistics Support:
Support monitoring and coordination of freight forwarding activities across exploration, appraisal, and development.
Assist with administrative interactions with authorities for permits, duties, exemptions, and logistics related authorizations.
Contracts & Procurement Support:
Contribute to drafting Scopes of Work for logistics contracts.
Participate in logistics call for tender processes and assist with contract implementation follow up.
Support performance and compliance monitoring of logistics service providers.
Reporting, KPIs & Tools:
Assist in developing KPIs and dashboards for logistics activities.
Prepare weekly logistics reports and local content reporting.
Support deployment of digital tools to optimize logistics operations.
Budgets & Performance:
Assist in preparation and monitoring of the Logistics Department budget across operated blocks.
Support cost control activities and collaboration with Finance and Contracts & Procurement.
GranMorgu B58 Project Support:
Contribute to logistics strategy and contract sourcing efforts with project package teams.
Assist during tender evaluation and negotiation phases.
Support action plan follow up (audits, readiness reviews, project logistics tasks).
