Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations related to domestic and international cargo movements. The role ensures that shipments are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
The Logistics Coordinator will act as the operational link between clients, transport providers, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating transportation by sea, air, and land, managing logistics documentation, monitoring shipment progress, and resolving operational challenges. The role may also involve supporting project cargo operations and logistics services for industrial and energy-sector clients.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with clients, service providers, and regulatory authorities. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced operational environment where deadlines and shipment timelines are critical. Experience with freight forwarding, port operations, or supply chain coordination will be considered an advantage.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination
Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience working with logistics systems such as TMS or WMS is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage
