Job Description
Oversee project engineering activities in alignment with the site business plan, ensuring efficient execution and strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Lead and coordinate construction, electrical, and mechanical project initiatives with a focus on sustainable capital development, driving long-term value through environmentally responsible design, resource-efficient execution, and lifecycle-oriented asset management.
Work schedule: 14x7x12
Work location: Merian Sipaliwini
Requirements
Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/mining/civil engineering. Preferred knowledge of civil drafting software AutoCAD, Knowledge mining operations and projects, Proven track record of supervising a team, Knowledge of the relevant statutory regulations for Health, Safety and Technical compliance.
Technical Skill:
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) The ability to accurately give an account of information pertaining to the performance of projects.
