Enter and manage customer orders in the associated systems, ensuring accuracy and traceability. Support inventory optimization by monitoring availability and coordinating product allocation in the Service Center. Provide clear shipping instructions to shift leaders/supervisors for each shipment. Coordinate outbound shipments to customers, maximizing vehicle utilization and optimizing the carrier base operating in Suriname. Coordinate equipment returns and interactions with third-party service providers as needed. Ensure all operational and transportation documentation is complete, accurate, and properly stored to meet audit and operational needs. Troubleshoot and activate administrative processes when necessary to maintain workflow continuity. Protect company facilities, equipment, and resources, ensuring proper use and protection.
