• Minimum a Technical Highschool Diploma (NATIN-AMTO) with knowledge and experience in the requested field  

• NDT Qualifications are preferred  

• At least two years construction and/or industrial EHS and Quality experience is a plus Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical requirements and legal documents, and government regulations.  

• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.  

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.  

• Ability to effectively communicate at all project levels, from craft employees to project and corporate management and clients.  

• Must have working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.  

• Ability to apply intermediate and advanced mathematical skills including algebraic equations, fractions, volume metric measures, statistical analysis, test reliability, sampling and correlation techniques.  

• Ability to understand and interpret graphs, charts and tables.  

• Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  

• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.  

• Strong ability to professionally explain reasons on differences of opinion with welders, foremen and superintendents.  

• Strong ability to reason with client quality assurance and construction supervisory representatives.
