Job Description
Methods, frameworks and procedures:Ā Support the Local Content Coordinator in developing, updating and maintaining frameworks, guidelines, plans, procedures and tools for local content monitoring, reporting and compliance.
Documentation and archiving:Ā Maintain and organize local content documentation, records and archiving systems to ensure information is accurate, accessible and traceable.
Templates and reporting tools:Ā Assist in preparing, updating and improving internal and external monitoring and reporting templates, in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Tool deployment and improvement:Ā Support the setup, testing, validation and use of designated local content monitoring tools, and assist with follow-up on improvements or updates.
User support and training:Ā Provide first-level support to internal and external users, assist with onboarding and new user setup, and help promote effective use of reporting tools.
Compliance and performance monitoring:Ā Assist in checking that monitoring tools, reporting processes and performance data are aligned with regulatory requirements, company policies and internal standards.
Data review and reporting:Ā Collect, review, verify and consolidate local content data and reports from multiple sources, and prepare draft reports for review by the Local Content Coordinator.
Risk identification and follow-up:Ā Flag deviations, risks and gaps in local content performance, and support follow-up actions under the guidance of the Local Content Coordinator.
Stakeholder coordination:Ā Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on reporting requirements, timelines, data collection and tool usage, escalating key matters when required.
Communication and presentations:Ā Prepare draft reports, presentations, meeting notes and updates for internal and external audiences, for review and validation by the Local Content Coordinator.
Additional responsibilities:Ā Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Local Content Coordinator.
Requirements
Bachelorās degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Information Management, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
2 years of relevant experience in administration, data collection, reporting, documentation, or coordination roles.
Basic understanding of monitoring, reporting, procedures, guidelines, or willingness to learn company frameworks and tools.
Ability to organize documents, maintain records, and follow archiving procedures accurately.
Ability to use and update standard templates for data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
Good communication skills and ability to support users with basic guidance, under supervision.
Basic analytical skills, with the ability to check data, identify inconsistencies, and report issues for follow-up.
Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect information and follow up on deadlines.
Basic skills in preparing draft reports, presentations, meeting notes, and updates for review.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint or shared drives is an advantage.
Team-oriented mindset, with willingness to learn, collaborate, and support local content activities.
Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
