Job Description

Operations:
⢠Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, remote access tools, and on site assistance
⢠Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues with minimal supervision
⢠Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and approved business applications
⢠Prepare and deploy IT equipment using approved system images; perform system validation and diagnostics prior to delivery
⢠Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution within SLA targets
⢠Act as a local point of contact for more complex user issues and coordinate escalation when required
⢠Support office, remote, and field/rig users, including participation in after hours or on call support during critical operations
⢠Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records and related documentation
⢠Coordinate with HQ teams and local suppliers to resolve incidents, deliver services, and support infrastructure or application maintenance
⢠Assist with IT rollouts, upgrades, and minor projects under the guidance of HQ teams
⢠Follow and help enforce IT standards, security policies, and operational procedures
Security
⢠Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant cybersecurity protocols
⢠Proactive in identifying potential cybersecurity incidents and following established incident response and escalation procedures
