Job Description
Participates with proper areas in the systematic identification, assessment and control of hazard and risks. Supports the implementation of the Company HESA procedures, ensuring these are properly issued, imlemented and updated, and prepares periodical reports. Analyze statistics, trends, action plans, etc. Proposing corrective actions if needed. Participates and supports the development of proper HESA training. Participates in the company HESA comitees and meetings. Supports and assists Clients and other interested parties, analyzing their requirements and implementing changes, if needed. Follows up the proper use of company IT tools to ensure its application. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment roles, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, or heavy industry operations.
Demonstrated experience implementing Safety Management Systems, local HSE regulations, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO and other international standards.
Proven track record in risk assessment, incident investigation, inspection processes supervision, or environmental impact management is an asset.
Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or related).
Formal training or certifications in ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 (formerly OHSAS 18001) is an asset.
Desirable: Courses or certifications in auditing, risk management, HSE leadership, local training in HSE Regulations.
