- Consolidate invoicing and demand forecasts across SubBUs, ensuring consistency and data integrity.
- Validate demand projections against supply feasibility, including:
o Production plans
o Transportation constraints
o Distribution and inventory bottlenecks
(Commitment to Supply – CTS).
- For stock management:
o Ensure accuracy of sales forecasts, safety stocks, contingency stocks, and inventory parameters.
o Monitor inventory impact of demand variations.

- Monitor and control performance through KPIs such as:
o Forecast accuracy
o Commitment to Deliver compliance
o Inventory turns and service level
- Proactively promote corrective commercial or supply actions when deviations from plan are detected.
- Analyze bookings and previsions to ensure alignment with projected demand.
- Consolidate and communicate plant load and capacity overview to relevant stakeholders.
