Job Description
Under general supervision, provides administrative support for staff house, catering, transportation, and property-related activities. Coordinates daily accommodation arrangements for personnel across properties, including occupancy assignments, check-in/check-out records, room availability, and related documentation. Maintains property administration records, monitors service requests, and coordinates scheduled and corrective maintenance with relevant personnel and vendors. Supports catering and transportation arrangements by tracking requirements, schedules, service delivery, and outstanding actions.Coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders to address operational matters, verify service completion, and support compliance with agreed service, safety, and cost-control requirements. Prepares and updates reports, trackers, purchase-related documentation, invoices, and other administrative records. Reviews information for completeness and accuracy, follows up on discrepancies, and escalates unresolved issues as appropriate. Performs other routine administrative duties related to staff housing, catering, transportation, and property operations as assigned.
Requirements
Technical diploma in infrastructure, architecture, logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting accommodation,facilities, logistics, or project operations.
Experience coordinating services with vendors and multiple internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in English
Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding actions.
Residence in Paramaribo is Mandatory
