Key Responsibilities: Manage P&L, including revenue and cost forecasting. Ensure accurate and timely equipment load-outs per client requirements. Actively review facility and operations ensuring efficient workflow and compliance with standards. Motivate teams to achieve operational goals; recommend process and equipment utilization improvements. Analyze and resolve operational and financial challenges, support team problem-solving. Maintain a clean, organized operations base and facilities. Consistently evaluate personnel performance Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Actively participate in Quality and HSE initiatives. Provide 24-hour on-call support as required. Perform other delegated responsibilities within competency.
