A. Office & Facilities Operations
– Help log and route maintenance/service requests; follow up with providers.
– Assist with workstation setups, seating changes, and office moves.
– Monitor office consumables and replenish stock.
– Participate in workplace checks and report HSE or facility deviations.
– Maintain GS trackers and archive documentation.
B. Vendor & Purchase Flow Assistance
– Prepare confirmations and liaise with Contract and Procurement Department.
C. Mobility, Fleet & Field Logistics
– Assist with vehicle scheduling, maintenance appointments, document filing.
D. Immigration & Onboarding Support
– Assemble visa/permit files and track progress.
