he Mechanical Foreman is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily activities of the mechanical maintenance and installation team. This position ensures that all mechanical work, including assembly, repair, and preventive maintenance, is completed safely, efficiently, and according to technical and quality standards. The Mechanical Foreman works closely with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to ensure smooth operations and optimal equipment performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and direct a team of mechanics and technicians in mechanical maintenance and repair activities Plan, organize, and monitor daily work schedules and resource allocation Ensure all mechanical work is performed according to safety procedures, company policies, and technical standards Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to guide work Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and support production goals Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on progress and mechanical performance
