Job Description
Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, HR compliance, and maintaining HR records. Supports managers and contributes to a positive work culture.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, performance, payroll, training)
• Understanding of labor laws
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• BSc/BA in HRM, or related field
